Weather

So far we have had a mild winter season with one snow fall of 7 to 8 inches and a minor dusting.

Neighborhood Security

As many of our residents are seasonal it is up to our year-round residents to please keep an eye on those homes and report any suspicious activity to the sheriff’s office (911) and then to our Neighborhood Watch, John McClung @ (352) 232-3411.  We all benefit when we watch out for each other.

Good Neighbors

Many of us enjoy walking the roads during the Fall and Winter seasons so please watch your speed in the community.  Part of being a good neighbor is respecting the covenants and regulations of the community.  If you are planning any major work, we would appreciate you running those changes by the Architectural Control Committee.

Dam Repairs

We are still awaiting word from the State.  Nothing new to report at this time.

Water System

Our new water tank has been purchased and is being stored at Toxaway Marine until A&D is ready to install.  That should be late March or early April.

Real Estate

We would like to welcome two new property owners to our community.

Katheryn and Hale Campbell purchased the home at 317 Indian Lake Rd. and

John and Shari Yokley purchased a lot at the corner of Hiwassee and Tellico Lane.

If you see these new property owners in the community, please say Hello.
