Hello Everyone in Indian Lake Estates,
Our Community continues to grow and two houses currently under construction on Rainbow’s End are nearing completion. New construction has begun on a lot on Indian Lake Road. This past quarter, two houses have sold, one on Toxaway Trail to Steve Sussman and Carol Troendle from Miami, Florida and one on Cherokee Circle to Wanda and Glenn Misinco from Fernandina Beach, Florida. We welcome these new homeowners to our community.
We have the meeting room reserved at the Lake Toxaway Fire Station for January 7, 2023 at 10:00 a.m. for an open ILE Community meeting to discuss recent proposed assessments that are needed to meet anticipated repair expenses for the next five years on Indian Lake Dam, road paving and
expansion of our water system if needed. Please plan on attending to voice any concerns or if you cannot please send in your ballot and comments to indianlakeestatessecretary@gmail.com and they will be presented at the meeting.
